Takeaways
Prior to joining SPRINTS, I conducted an audit of the current website and social media platforms, approaching them from the perspective of a customer with limited knowledge about the brand. I documented my experience and noted any pain points or overarching design concerns. During my time at SPRINTS I had the opportunity to share my findings and implement changes across our platforms and internal process. It was very fulfilling to conclude my time at SPRINTS looking back on my notes and seeing how far we had come since my first day.
