As part of a interdisciplinary team with Abby Kern, Aidan Wallace, and Vinamra Agarwal, we set out to redefine the teen vitamin experience with Nudge—a personalized, direct-to-consumer wellness brand designed to empower teens to take charge of their health.
Existing teen supplements are limited, uninspiring, and often miss the real needs of teens and their families. Nudge meets teens where they are, with custom blends, a sleek portable dispenser, and an encouraging brand voice. Through playful packaging and a focus on lifelong habits, Nudge makes wellness feel personal, empowering, and easy to stick with.

Takeaways
Working on Nudge pushed me to think beyond visuals, to consider how touch, emotion, time, and environment shape the full experience of a product. While rooted in collaboration, this project gave me the chance to explore how empathy, storytelling, and thoughtful form can come together to create something personal and impactful. I’m proud of how we shaped a brand that not only stands out visually, but also supports healthier habits in a way that feels effortless and true to teens' lives.
